The hotel location was nice quite neighborhood, with reasonable transportations of all kinds. Spacious room with nice view. Helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent, lot of varieties which meets diversity of cultures and needs. The range of options was very wide staring with daily delicious simple lentil soup, hot morning dishes, different daily fresh vegetables, variant of hot drinks, multiple cheese varieties (but not whites ones) , natural honey in wax block, nuts etc.

This hotel is really one of the best I live in Istanbul, the service standard is very high ,the hotel staff always there with their naturally smiles; so kind and helpful , all who I kept their names from Sergen to Berke, to night shift Hüseyin and Ahmet …. Nice guys will be always in my memory . Housekeeping staff always asking if need something … with smiles as well :) :) Breakfast has all what you think of and plus , lobby is spacious clean and quite with many sofa and chair and the business center is there as well plus a nice restaurant , too Location within a walking distance from Capitol shopping mall and a metro station Great hotel with nice people :)

The facilities at the Mercure are wonderful they make your stay there very comfortable. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Shout outs to our luggage guy Toprak, who was always happy to help with anything and help with translation and getting you to were you need to go. Also the restaurant and wait staff who are always happy to chat, and give you service with a smile. It was a lovely stay ☺️

Everything was just perfectly managed and provided, from the staff to tge facilities to the food and customer service, all of it was top notch! It didn't feel like an outsider. They were extremely cooperative and gave us everything we required. I asked for an adapter, they gave it, extra water, tea, coffee etc they gave it. My parents anniversary came up and they got to know about it and sent a complimentary gift and cake. It was so sweet. The breakfast is amazing, there are many varieties and the staff was helping every step of the way. If you visit istanbul, do stay at this hotel its amazing! :)

Our stay was pleasant, with spacious and comfortable room that allowed us to rest well each night. Breakfast was a highlight, with a wide variety of options, and the staff was attentive, keeping the tables clean and ensuring the food stations were well-stocked. The sauna and steam room facilities were also a nice addition, and we enjoyed a relaxing time there. However, it would have been nice to have complimentary water available for guests in the spa area. Also the water in the pool was very cold so maybe worth to adjust the temperature.

My stay at this hotel was exceptional, and the service and staff were highly professional. The staff, particularly Pinan, went above and beyond to ensure all my needs were met. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, and the breakfast offered a vast selection, including delicious Turkish and continental options. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable, making it easy for me to work from there when I couldn’t make it to the office. I will undoubtedly return, whether for work or leisure, the next time I am in Istanbul.

Location was central close to Capitol Mall (10 min walk), Emmar Square (Aquarium) and Akasya Mall (Kidzania) (both malls10 min by taxi), 15 min from Kadikoy for Bosporus tours, 45 min from Sabiha airport, 45 min from Vialand. Breakfast is rich with new hot items everyday, very helpful staff. They even made a birthday cake for my son on last day. Nice swimming pool especially for training kids.

The staff was helpful and professional, the room was good, the cleaning service is very good. The hotel look and feel is luxury. The breakfast was diverse and good. The location of the hotel is good as its near the capitol mall (10 mins walk) , and there is a hospital and some resturants around it. There is swimming pool, gym with good equipment.
